[This policy should be reviewed by an attorney before publishing]. All legal pages on this site use placeholder business details and require final review by a licensed attorney before the site goes live.
1. Nothing is charged through this website
We do not collect payments, card details, or subscription sign-ups on this site. Claim reviews are free and carry no obligation. There is no recurring or subscription billing of any kind.
2. How our fee works
If you engage us, we work on a contingency fee of [FEE PERCENTAGE]% of the amounts recovered on your claim, as stated in your signed public adjuster agreement. Nothing is due upfront. If there is no recovery, you owe no adjusting fee. The fee is due only after the carrier issues payment on the claim.
3. Your right to cancel
- Cancellation window: you may cancel a signed agreement without penalty within [CANCELLATION WINDOW, e.g. 72 hours / 5 business days] of signing, or any longer period required by [STATE] law for public adjuster contracts.
- After the window: you may still end the agreement at any time in writing. Fees may remain due on amounts the carrier has already paid or agreed to pay as a result of our work, as described in your agreement.
4. How to cancel
Send written notice by email to [EMAIL] or by mail to [BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Include your name, property address, and claim number. Notice is effective on the date sent. We confirm every cancellation in writing within [CONFIRMATION TIMEFRAME, e.g. 2 business days].
5. Refunds
If any amount was paid to us and is owed back following a valid cancellation or a billing error, we refund it by the original payment method within [REFUND TIMEFRAME, e.g. 10 business days] of resolving the request. Refund questions: [EMAIL] or [PHONE].
6. Disputes
Raise any fee dispute with us first; most are resolved quickly. See our Terms of Service for governing law and venue.
